OK all you crazy kids, swingers, heepsters and alike.  Here is a couple ways to limit outbreaks and increase joy, orgasms and lifes outlook in general.  This stuff is all basic but just typing it reminds me of things I am not doing or should do more.  Being in the lifestyle/swinging with herpes we all need to be extra diligent or these things.

Fitness:
Working out and or exercising increases brain sensitivity for the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine, which relieve feelings of depression and stress. (Less stress = fewer outbreaks)
Exercise increases the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive feelings. (self confidence)
Being in shape helps us who have chosen to engage in a physical/sexual activity for our entertainment.
Looking your best defiantly helps us to increase the number or fuckable options available to us.

Drugs:
Acyclovir / Valtrex are great for limiting break outs and helps prevent you from giving herpes to someone else. 

Condoms:
I almost feel like I should not have to write this one down.  If your a swinger with herpes or any other sexual explorer using condoms is obvious.
